此外本作還收錄了「故事模式」，卡比和搭檔組成雙人組，目標是到達帝帝帝大王和魅塔騎士等候著的塔的最高層！每次挑戰均出現不同的敵人，最多可以2人參與此充滿挑戰性的模式。
