「忍兔：胡蘿蔔大戰」是忍者兔子「忍兔」和忍者狐狸「赤狐」為了找回被惡黨鼴鼠「萌幕府將軍」奪走的許多胡蘿蔔之旅的橫向卷軸疾走動作遊戲。
在遊戲裡雖然出現了強力且多樣的敵人們，使用許多陷阱來阻擋忍兔和赤狐，但為了擊退他們，獲得多樣的裝備後逐漸強化角色等，充分展現橫向卷軸動作遊戲的趣味。
