書籍與動畫中大受歡迎的『屁屁偵探』，以解謎式探險遊戲方式，終於在Nintendo Switch之中登場！
玩家化身成為屁屁偵探事務所的成員，與屁屁偵探和布朗一起，為破解於城鎮上發生的不可思議的案件進行挑戰。於遊戲內，耳熟能詳的角色同時粉墨登場，於動畫中出現的強大配音員團隊亦會一同以聲音演出！
根據屁屁偵探的指示，進行查問及利用照相機收集證據，順利破解案件謎團之後，會根據破案進度的分數計算評分，按照評分使出相應的「必殺技」！
為觀看屁屁偵探使出最高級別的「必殺技」來多次進行挑戰吧。
此外，亦包含與原作及動畫中出現的「迷宮」遊戲、隱藏在遊戲畫面中的「斑嘴鴨太太的迷途七兄弟」「尋找屁屁標記」等等多種玩法，成功通過及完成所有的話數之後，可以重複進行並遊玩。
