這裡是沒有天空，如盒子一般封閉的地下城鎮『津利』。
燃於穹頂的『魔法之火』
是這個城鎮的原動力。
鎮上舉辦的『慶典』中，女主角『拉奇婭』負責從魔法之火中取得火種，再分配給各個居民。
在慶典前一個月的某天，
拉奇婭與不可思議的男性『加奈特』邂逅，並收下了一支薔薇。
自那天晚上起，她便開始做起了奇妙的夢……？
