MyTicTech adopts DHL e-Commerce as our courier company for international delivery. Goods will be sent out within FIVE working days after the payment has made.
Currently the scope of delivery orders covered Macau#1, Mainland China#1, Hong Kong#1, Taiwan#1, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan#2, Australia, India, Israel, Mexico, the United States#3 and Canada.

We will provide an order tracking number service to enable you always view the latest shipping situation.
If the courier company failed to deliver the order and parcel returned MyTicTech, undeliverable reasons maybe caused by incorrect address, goods being unclaimed or not belong to the recipient. When MyTicTech received undeliverable parcels from DHL e-commerce, MyTicTech will inform the customers. If customers prefer re-delivery, MyTicTech will consider additional shipping charges.
Regarding the tariffs of the goods are sent to countries outside of Hong Kong, customers must be responsible for their own customs duties, import taxes, goods and services tax, value added tax (VAT) or other import sales taxes. Customers have to pay the fees at the time of receipt of goods.

MyTicTech will make every effort to ensure adequate supply of goods. If the out of stock is appeared after the order made, MyTicTech will deliver an email notification to the customers. In this case, we will arrange refund within 14 working days.
MyTicTech only accepts replacement of damaged or incomplete products within 14 working days upon receipt of an order. Before customers return an item, providing photos of the purchased goods to email@example.com is necessary and please wait for our products damage confirmation reply. You may return the goods by courier service (postage paid by the sender). If customers fail to provide any photos of the purchased goods for our verification, the return of goods application will be rejected.
MyTicTech will arrange and return the goods within 7-14 working days after receiving the returned goods and the provided photos.
In case of any dispute, MyTicTech will make the final decision.
